womendotcodebe is a community that came to exist so that women who code who are living in Belgium can connect. Our goal is to build a network that offers support and inspiration to these women as well as creating a space of opportunities.
But we want to do more than that. We believe it is important that companies can learn how to retain women in tech. Our goal is to voice the issues of working in a male-dominated industry and create a source of information on how we can move forward.
